Recommended pre-requisite – The Awareness of Self Defense online course
For ages: 12 & up with adult permission
This 4 hour course focuses on situational awareness and the 5 most common attacks that women encounter. You will learn how to defend against them and create space to get to safety. This is your basic first aid course to self defense – everyone should have it!
Pre-requisite – level 1 Women’s self defense
Our level II women’s course will reinforce the skills learned Level I with more advanced techniques and drills. The level II course introduces new scenarios for training, discussion, and testing. Learn simple and effective techniques against common weapon attacks and more! The Spartan Training suit will be used throughout this course. Get ready to take your training to the next level – we promise!
4 hour course length
Pre-requisite – The awareness of self defense is suggested
This 4-hour course trains you to create predictable outcomes in violent and non-violent situations. The course is offered for men Only. These courses are based on statistical evidence for violence against men. Learn how to protect yourself or a loved one in a potentially harmful situation. Learn and apply our E.A.R.R.D.S™ principles throughout the course. For ages 14 & up.

Have you ever wondered what you would do if you were in a situation involving a firearm?
This course introduces and teaches gun disarms for handgun and long gun scenarios. This is a basic introduction to the effective defenses against firearms. Learn about predator mindset in different scenarios and what you can do to protect yourself or someone you love. Techniques are focused on the training from Tom Patire’s CDT™ system.

Would you know what to do if you saw someone in trouble that could not protect themselves? Or even worse, what if it was someone you loved? This course deals with helping those who cannot help themselves. We will teach you how to effectively separate 2 people safely with your own personal safety in mind. All techniques are taught with liability in mind for you and the people you are engaging with.
